I actually just posted Scott and I's story I think about a week ago, but being close to V-day I thought I should link up with this!
1. How long have you and your significant other been together?
Over 3 1/2 years. 4 years this May.
2. How did you meet? {What's your "love" story?}
Basically we met at my cousin's graduation party, but in detail you can read here.
3. If married, how long have you been married? If not, is this the guy you hope to marry? {do tell}
We aren't married..... yet haha! I am hoping it to maybe in the near future, and yes this is the guy I want to marry.
4. If you are married, where did you get married at? Big or small wedding? If not, where would you like to get married? And will it be big or small?
I have two ideas for a wedding part of me wants to go away and get married on a beach very small and have a big reception when we get back, the other part of me wants a big wedding with everyone there around my home....
5. Do you have any nick-names that you call one another? Do share!
I call him Muir. He calls me babe, or dirty little trash bag haha (all in good fun)
6. Name 3 things you love most about your honey.
1. He is my best friend. He knows me better than I like to admit, and vis versa. I love that there isn't anything I really don't share with him.
2. He makes me laugh all the time! Even when I'm spitting nails mad at him!
3. He loves my family. That is such a big deal to me because I have a huge family and I am so family oriented.
7. Tell us how he proposed? Or your ideal proposal?
Something unique. I don't want something that a lot of girls can say. AND DEFINITELY ALONE! I freak out in front of people. I can barely open a gift in front of more than 2 people...
8. Is he a flowers and teddy bear kind of guy for v-day, or strawberries, champagne, and rose petals?
Haha....neither. Scott is not very romantic. He gets me roses now and then which I love! I love flowers, but no he is usually gets me something I want..kinda like a birthday.
9. Are you a sunset dinner on the beach kind of girl, or pop a movie in and relax on the couch?
Both, and actually neither at the same time. Those are both nice, but I like unique dates, like hiking or something else. Scott and I's first date was to hot pools around our home area.
10. Tell us one thing you'd like to do with your significant one day. If you could do anything? Go anywhere?
Oh wow. So many things. I want Scott to come on my family's annual trip to Disneyland! Its a special trip for my family, and for me, and I would love for him to experience that.
11. Tell us what you plan on doing on this Valentine's Day.
Scott just answered me. He says "Secret" which means aka in my mind "what do you feel like doing Kae?" haha
12. Are you asking for anything this Valentine's day?
A ring. Just kidding (too normal) Not really just a nice night with my love.
13. Give us one piece of advice of keeping a relationship strong and full of love.
Communicate. Communicate. Communicate. Scott and I spent our first 2 1/2 years distance. So communication is huge. Second, when mad...think about that moment you knew you loved them. It will always help you get through it.
14. Show us a picture of what love means to you.
This was from the beginning and has always been my favorite.
