Hello everyone, and Happy New Year!!!!!

I hope everyone had a great holiday break! 

I have so very exciting news to share with my blogging friends...

On December 28, Scott asked me to marry him! 

I am still in absolute shock. 

It's a beautiful ring, and has a sapphire underneath the diamond on top!

Enter story: For Christmas he came to my families Christmas tell Christmas Eve.

He told me my presents would have to wait tell I went to his families, but that I could have my stocking.

In my stocking was: Tangled (DVD), candy, and a homemade DVD.

The homemade DVD was all pictures of us, and had our songs playing.

At the end it told me: Merry Christmas, Love you.

Well I went up after Christmas to spend time with him, and his family.

Well I got their later Thursday night. 

The next day, I had to take my cousin to basketball practice, and I ended up staying because I coached with the head coach, and she wanted to me help. 

After that I took care of my cousin, took presents over to the twins, and then got a vet appointment for Milli.

So Scott met me with Milli at the vet, he was not very nice all day, so I wasn't very happy with him. 

After the appointment I asked him if we could go see the twins, he told me no that he wanted to take me to dinner. I got in my car, and was crushed. I called my mom crying saying Scott was being a jerk, and on and on. (MY WHOLE FAMILY KNEW BY THE WAY) So my mom told me to calm down that he just wanted to spend time with me. So I got home and started cleaning up. Scott was being sweet, but I wasn't having it. I was still being stubborn and mad. He asked me to watch the DVD he made with him. I told him no that I had seen it, and he begged, and I finally got it out of my bag, and put it in. 

Well at the end of the credits, it said " I can't and won't live without you", "Kaeleigh?", "Will you marry me?"

I was in SHOCK. I mean SHOCK. First I blurted out, "How did you switch the DVD?"

And he was down on one knee with the ring, and then I said "SERIOUSLY?" 

The look on his face was priceless, and then I realized I hadn't said anything really, so I was like "OF COURSE YES!"

He then took me out to dinner, where the twins, my cousins, and my uncle were waiting. 

My whole family knew. Scott had asked my pop-e, and parents permission also. 

It was an amazing night. We celebrated, and I feel so blessed!!!!!! 

So the cat is out of the bag...In December of this year I will become Mrs. Muir!!!!

weekend...

Tuesday! only 4 school days counting today left tell Christmas Break!!!

I am one excited girl! 

This weekend I drove up to Spearfish to help Scott study for his Praxis II.

This is a big test he has to take, and then University doesn't let you student teach until you pass it (no pressure there eh) So he was extremely nervous.

His mom and I both drove up, and helped him study all weekend....SERIOUSLY

ALL WEEKEND! I think I know more history then I ever wanted to know!!! 

So sorry for the lack of pictures, but I was busy studying, and making note cards, quizzing Mr. Muir...

But here is the good news... HE PASSED :) 

So I wish you all a happy day!!!

And this is how I will fell Friday, and I am sure Mr. Muir feels this way now

Still heartbreaking...

I am still just in absolute shock as to how such evil can be in this world.

I heard the news of the shooting Friday at school... I couldn't believe it. 

My heart seriously aches for these families that are affected....

I urge you to continue to pray for the families....

Rest in Peace sweet angels..... 

Amazing Christmas Gift

So every year since I have dated Scott his parents have bought this amazing trip for us to Vegas for the Superbowl. Everyone in his family goes, and it's always a beyond amazing time...

Well guess what...We are going again! 

I am already wanting to start counting the days! 

I am already planning another day at the spa among tons of other plans I want to complete!

His parents are beyond amazing, and seriously are like my second set of parents! 

Soooo THANK YOU Regina and Dave! Love you both!

Hello there! 

So now that I am slowly starting to understand technology a little better, I am back to blogging!

So I am going to play catch up with some pictures and everything that I have missed posting!

Starting with my Thanksgiving break!

It was a great time to see family and even got to spend some time with the twins. They are growing so big, and now are trying to repeat everything that you say! (you have to be careful) haha!

My favorite is, "I'm going to spank your bottom!"

There is a video I took of them dancing but I am having some difficultly getting it to send from my phone...

Anyways back to Thanksgiving, it was great and I was really happy Scott decided to come to my family's thanksgiving.

It was a great break, and made me realize (again) how happy I am when I am around my family!
