So I am super late at blogging today! 

I have had a cold for a week now, that seems to still be getting the best of me, but I still wanted to blog!

Fling before the Ring

I had a fabulous weekend! 

It was my good friend from high school's bachelorette party!

My other good friends from high school Julie and Katy through one heck of a party!!!

They did a great job, and I felt so lucky to be apart of this day!!

We had the bridal shower earlier in the morning, and then around 3 we all met and got cleaned up together.

After wine tasting we went to dinner at the Steele Grille, so delicious. 

Katy made everyone fascinators, and had pins, rings, beaded necklaces for us!

After dinner we went back to the hotel suite for fun and games! 

From then on we went out for more fun and dancing!!!

As you can see it was sooo much fun!

I haven't been out with the girls in so long, and I forgot how much fun it was!

These girls have been there for me for years, and I love them to death!!! 

I wish my sweet friend Erika all the happiness in the world!

It feels SO good to know that I have my first official teaching job!!!

I did go out on Friday to celebrate, it was so nice to have the stress of trying to find a job GONE!

I was extremely busy this weekend, which I will share more as the week goes on..

I hope everyone has a great Tuesday, I am just sitting here happy as ever!!!

So I am officially a teacher!

I got hired at a high school!!!

I will be the PE teacher and possibly a coach!

I am one HAPPY girl!

Happy Anniversary (day late)

So yesterday was my parents 20th anniversary!!!

They are so amazing and I am so happy my mom found a guy who not only loved her, but accepted her with a daughter. He has become my dad, and I am so lucky to have him!

They are the cutest couple, and soooo romantic..

no joke, they are the couple that you almost gag at!!!

I survived.... INTERVIEW!

I had my interview today! 

I felt like it went well, but let me tell you it was intense.....

So I kept thinking to myself...stay calm...be confident...

Anyways...my interview was 2 hours long... It was a 2 session interview. 

Very intimidating. I was interviewed by a panel of 6 people. (4 principals, a curriculum coordinator, and the superintendent) 

They gave me a break in between sessions, which was the hardest part for me because I knew they were talking about my answers!

Overall I think it went well, and I find out Friday! 

Sooo please keep your fingers crossed for me!!

A little bit of everything

So...I started work Friday night.

It went well, except for the fact that I found out I don't get any of the tips until I'm done "training". 

Me = NOT HAPPY

I have done this type of work for 4 years, so I don't think I should have to be trained that long.

Sorry..I had to vent for a quick second.

Saturday I worked a couple hours, but then hung out with my family.

It was graduation here in our small town, but I felt like staying in.

Milli was quite the entertainer this weekend...

Sunday was mommy's day! So my sisters and I put out her gifts for her to see in the morning!

I got the idea for the basket off pinterest of course!

It was a great day to hang out with my mom!

We watched The Vow which made me want to MARRY Channing Tatum NOW!

So even though things are on the outs between Scott and I, I still want to be civil..and he is still Milli's dad...

Today is Scott's birthday.... he is 29.

I want to wish him a very happy day!

I start my summer job tonight, and I am just slightly nervous.... that may be an understatement.

I also thought I would do a tribute to my amazing mother since this Sunday is mommy's day!

My mother is so awesome, she was a single mom with me for about 5 years, she went to school, worked and raised me. She is my best friend. Seriously. I call her about 4 times a day when I don't live with her.

She is an art teacher, and she just finished her Master's in Art. Love Love Love her!
